Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been heads down working on a major backend revamp of the Live Auction Feed—and I wanted to give you all a quick update on what’s been going on behind the scenes.
We currently use the same Live Auction Feed across multiple forums—AcornDomains.co.uk, ConsultDomain.de, DomaineForum.fr, and the upcoming 27.be—each catering to different marketplaces and TLDs. Previously, I had to maintain separate versions of the add-ons for each forum, which made updates more time-consuming and inefficient.
So, I’ve completely overhauled the backend to make it dynamic and adaptable to all forums. While the frontend will look the same, the backend is now unified—meaning I can roll out improvements and updates across all platforms with a single update. Much smoother and much faster.
This update is scheduled to go live on Monday.
