Fatigue is catching up to me.
Although i screen the names I want to reg, somehow the following one came in, and I caught it when it dropped.

it's a com, the name is 'eraptor'

Now, i can not figure how on Earth that name got on my list. :-O
No OV, no links, nothing. It sounds good, but that cant be the reason i added it to my list.
There must be a reason I placed it there about 2 weeks ago.
Does anyone know anything about this domain name?
does it mean something?

Thanks.

ok...
Thanks GD, but what's that?
dictionary.com has nothing for it.
Something to do with Rap music?

I also checked raptor by itself (with no e), and its somekind of bird.
wierd...

lol... do you live under a rock?

A Raptor or "Velociraptor" is a Dinosaur with razor sharp claws which are very well featured in the Jurassic Park series.

from dictionary.com

"raptor

n : any of numerous carnivorous birds that hunt and kill other animals [syn: bird of prey, raptorial bird]
"

no mention whatsoever of dinosaurs.
so I guess with the 'e' in front, the domain doesn't make much sense...

Try this link, cyphix. The name may be worth more than you think.

Heh, sometimes buying in a blurry state of fatigue can have a happy ending. Good luck.

sounds nice, but the one I regged has an 'e' in front of it. its my first 'e' or 'i' or whatever name that i ever got.
I apparently got it accidently...
I avoid e-i names like the plague.
For some reason I thought it meant something by itself.

I have seen the Jurassic park movies, didnt like them much. My Son loves them. I am more into the matrix myself :-)

Oops, sorry. I meant to direct the second part of my post above to you, seeker.

I have avoided e-i names also. However, if you really want to buy the farm, :-D check out eieio.com (registered through 2012).

Raptor is also the name given by the USAF to the new F-22 fighter that recently went in production (I spent 5 years on on the engineering team designing it!). Check out http://www.f22-raptor.com if you're interested, its one of many sites about this jet.
