i believe i bought the site in october or november. at the time i bought it, it was already functioning. so at minimum 8 months old. jan revenue was higher because i got more per click than i do now.

So monthly revenue is currently @ approx $250 and monthly hosting fees would run from $120-150... thus monthly profit would be around $100-120?

yes that would be the case if you only run fsurf.com on a dedicated with nothing else. however i run 2 other proxies on same server.
ip has never been banned for anything i know of. last 8 months i have switched hosts only because i moved to a cheaper host and unmetered because i started going over my monthly transfer limit at old dedicated provider.

most of your traffic is foreign - is there not a huge risk adsense will be shut down?

i don't know about adsense shutting it down, you would have to check with them. i have been running proxy sites for a year now and google has given me no troubles, and even had them check on a couple of my sites in the past to make sure i was within their TOS on some methods i was trying.
profit last month after expenses without calculating exactly would be my total revenue shown, minus $65 for server cost. why i say $65 is because i have 3 proxies on 1 server. the other 2 combine to equal about the same as fsurf, so i figured fsurf would equal 50% of my server cost.
traffic has been steady for months, even back into when i first bought the site it was pretty strong. many proxies go up for a month and die, this one has been around much longer so alot of traffic is return visitors. as long as it stays reliable i see no reason for it to die down.
also, i believe the traffic can be monitized better, maybe with geotargetting/affiliates, i just havent got around to experimenting with that. i could probably increase my revenue $50 or so per month selling text links or my own cpm banners above proxied pages, why i haven't im not sure.
