These types of words are tough to appraise.
On the plus side, it's one dictionary word, commonly
used, and only 4 letters.
On the negative side, there is no 'were' product
or service, nobody sells 'were', so as a marketing
word how does one use this? If you look up 'were'
on google, you get 440 million results, but NO
sponsor ads, so it is not a money-making keyword.
I would rather own homeloans.ca or musicdownloads.ca,
even though they are longer with more letters and two
words, they have much more marketing power.
Still, it's one word, 4 letters, so I'd appraise at
$50 to $200, might have more value to people who like
to collect dictionary words.
