These types of words are tough to appraise.

On the plus side, it's one dictionary word, commonly
used, and only 4 letters.

On the negative side, there is no 'were' product
or service, nobody sells 'were', so as a marketing
word how does one use this? If you look up 'were'
on google, you get 440 million results, but NO
sponsor ads, so it is not a money-making keyword.
I would rather own homeloans.ca or musicdownloads.ca,
even though they are longer with more letters and two
words, they have much more marketing power.

Still, it's one word, 4 letters, so I'd appraise at
$50 to $200, might have more value to people who like
to collect dictionary words.

You could also brand it as "We're.ca", as in "We are Canadian."

Just another one of those short words that mean something .. but are worth very little.

Sorry,

Sorry, but there ain't no "correct" appraisals; the closest you can get is an informed estimate. But then again, appraisals empirically have little correlation (if not nothing at all) to sales.

Does this Domain get any traffic?

I would appraise it @ $9.95 CDN.*

It would need development before realizing greater value imo.

*Value would be higher relative to the volume of quality traffic the name naturally and consistently receives.

GL w/ your endeavours.
