What do you think of Microsoft AdSense and paid Search?

Do you see if they can get 10% of where google is at this point.

They came up with an AdSense like product and Search box for your web site where they would pay for search.

do you think Microsoft will get somewhere with these offers?
or is that going to be a big waste of money for them?
