I assume they are referring to this, which will tell you if the domain is blocked from serving adsense ads, or can show you what ads would look like on a website: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=10005

Oddly enough, I got the domain NegativeTest.com yesterday afternoon.
Could you have been looking at threads/feeds about this?
It has a monthly google search of 165,000. This was in a list of dropping names.
The top associated searches seem to be regarding home pregnancy testing.
Also, in that list of dropping names was WeddingRitual.com and CollegeReview.net.
Great keyword domains. Each is already getting traffic. In short time, I hope to have sites up for the last two posted.
