What happens if two bidders for a domain & neither increases bid?

Say two people try to snap up a domain name. What if neither of them decides to increase the bid in the auction phase? Who would the domain go to please?

Tried emailing Pool, but no response. Thank you.
 
i think the latest bidder wins but not sure

Sorry, those responses don't really help me understand. What does "the green one" refer to please? skin colour? the one who is more envious?

"Green one" means if the bid amount is showing in green it is your bid and it is the current winning bid.

I think the first bidder gets to be green.
