Hi All,

We are now planning the second stage of the development of our US State sites and would welcome your input.

What of the following would you look for on a site about your State?
  • [*]Real estate reports
    [*]Entertainments calender
    [*]State news
    [*]State Weather forecast
    [*]Sports reports
    [*]Emergency and Help information
    [*]Financial reports
    [*]Schools information
    [*]Consumer information
    [*]Forum/s
    [*]TV/Radio listings
    [*]Legislative information
    [*]History of the State
    [*]Clubs/Societies information

And of course anything else you can think of (as long as its legal)?

Your help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Bill

i'd say the following, while not necessarily thinking out of the box, are essential:

news
weather
forums
history

Nice to have:

sports
legislative info
entertainment calendar

People love to eat so I'd have to say a Restaurant guide would probably go over well!

I would like to thank all those that have taken the time to give their input, I can assure you it is affecting the way we look at the development of the sites. Obviously the greater the input from the public (i.e. you lot in this case) the greater we can make the sites relevent to what people want in their State websites, that is great news for us because then the sites become more popular :)pray: hopefully :peace:)!

Please keep the ideas coming in, it is really appreciated.

Links to state sites, such as the DRS, SOTS, etc. It's always a pain finding common forms for business or personal use.
