What is the Best place to register .in domains

What is the Best place to register .in domains?

Godaddy doesn't allow it...
I just now started regging .in names and used whiz.in, but you have to buy DNS services at extra cost after you reg it.
Whiz takes 12.79 for registration + 0.35 for DNS change...
I also checked directi, their best reseller package has domain name available at 11.99.

Is there any better or cheaper place for regging .in names? Also please post the registration fees.

Do not go there ~ www.hostindia.net/
I tried them ~ cheap ~ OK to reg .in/co.in/ domains
but CANNOT transfer .com domains @ $7.95/ will charge your CC !before! transfer !
do NOT work weekends ~ when the local internet cafe is closed !
Do not speak English !?
