What is the best way to use potentially TM problematic domains to drive traffic to an affiliate website.
For example, you have a (generic branded) affiliate website that advertises a company's shoes (including Nike).
You have several Nike domains that received traffic.
How do you direct the traffic to your affiliate webiste and cover yourself because you don't want any Nike lawsuits.
