Hi,
I filed a dispute around 1 week ago and no one contacted me or replied my thread ever.
I don't know if any one can tell me how the Mods monitor and resolve disputes usually.
Thanks.:decision:

Re: http://www.dnforum.com/dnfverified.php

Once a dispute :yell: is received both verified parties will be sent each other’s contact information. If the dispute cannot be amicable resolved between the two parties within 7 days, dnforum.com will take a look at the dispute. Dnforum.com will then decide if a suspension is in order for either or both users.

Dnforum.com will only get involved in disputes that are directly related to a thread. We will not get involved in sales or discussions that occur outside the thread section. In other words, if you have a dispute regarding a sale that occurred through chat or PM, Dnforum.com will not get involved and all disputes related to such will be dismissed without action.
