What is WITH the weird AdSense on this Forum?

I keep seeing Google Adsense ads at the bottom of many of the topics here, that appear to have something to do with "etiquette"... the question is, WHY??!!

actually business etiquette and netiquette 101 both seem applicable to anyone in a technological career... so it's not so far fetched..

one of the reasons i often beat out 20-something web designers at the proposal stage is because i do have biz etiquette skills that they don't.
