They normally reply to me quite promptly, but I have also been awaiting action from them on one issue for around 5 days too.

I sent them email 5 days ago, as of right now, there is STILL no reply.
I signed up 48 hours ago, as of right now, there is still no account activation!

We have a very straight forward application policy which our client relations specialists are trained to follow. This is standard for all inquiries and every application is treated with the same attention and held to the same standard for approval. Once we receive a request for an account we only ask for some very basic information including a list of at least 50 of your domains, the source of your traffic and what you would like your username to be.
