What Registrars have a Pay-As-You-Go setup like BulkRegister used to have?

Just tried to register 3 domains through my Bulk.Enom account and it silently failed*; had to check the past orders screen for status - lack of funds.

Appears Enom will still do pay-as-you-go for renewals for former BulkRegister registered domains, but not new registrations.

Refills are nonsense and would prefer to avoid the hassles...

So in short, what registrars have a batched pay-as-you-go setup like BulkRegister used to?

* Instead I registered the 3 domains at GoDaddy with no hassles for practically the same exact cost using an on-line coupon ... it's a sad day when GoDaddy has better service, similar pricing, and more reliable system compared to Bulk.Enom.

Domainsite, as well as Namecheap and Moniker who have pay-as-you-go or fund setups
