You may want to put up a small one page website on it so hopefully your rankings won't drop. After that, try to sell it really quickly while the rankings are still there

Puting a small page up wont save your PR.

Go to archive.org and copy the page that is most recently shown there.

Turn it into that kind of site maybe? Could make u some $
