What to do if a trademarked domain name is parked?

Trademarked domain name but one TLD is parked. So, they are earning money off someone's trademark.

What are my options?

try writing him email and ask him to stop. If he doesnt consult a lawyer for possible c&D letters

Is the domain name's parking page showing competing ads of that mark? Or
even theirs?
 
Competing ads, but not my own site, no.
