Would like to know the most time-efficient way to maximising adult names

It all depends on the name, where the traffic is coming from.. blah blah blah.. too many variables to give a straightforward answer.

The best advice i can give you is try, try, try...test, test, test

And then you will have the answer to your question. There is no rules of thumb. Sometime a domain is better with a parking page, sometime it's better to put an affiliate page(tour or your own page with all the link to your sponsor).

If you have a domain with a lot of crappy traffic, then park it with a parking company that pay you for every visitor you send them. But if you have a generic or with a nice combo domain, then it's better with an affiliate as they convert naturaly with a great ratio. You will make more $$ than parking it.

Just my opinion.
