A person did a reversal of transaction after receiving what they ordered,and apprently I can't file a claim to get my money back,what should I do?
This is on Paypal.

Depends on the amount.

Small loss, chalk it up too a learning experience, write it off.

Large amount, hunt down and get medieval on them, chalk it up to a learning experience, wipe it off.

well, first question that comes to mind is what did they "order" from you.... ?

if you did your part, ie; sent out via ups a computer which he/she bought from you...or you transferred over ownership of a domain then you should be able to come up with proof that you actually did "deliver" whatever it is that was paid for -- so whats the problem here... this should be simple to explain and resolve.
