CTR = Click-Through Rate.
It's how often people click on an online advertisement. Usially Visits (to the site) divided by Impressions (number of times the link is seen).

I agree. Spend some money with overture and build a nice user base.
The word of mouth/type for sites like this travels fast.
This is a tough site to value. Someone who is within the same industry may pay a few K.
