It's neat in that domain hack kind of way and fits the .me extension well. motivate.me would be great , this is just OK. Reseller, probably not much value XX. End user with a great idea might do high XXX or more. Have you reached out to the owner of whatmotivatesme(dot)com (godaddy page)? If you could lock down that one too, you'd have a tight grip on the term. Maybe he'd be interested in yours - research him?
