If you had to convince an end user about buying a 3 letters domain what would be your selling points?

Here is what I got so far:

1. Short and very easy to remember therefore maximizing your marketing efforts.

2. Not only a great domain but a great asset to you company as 3 letters domains are in high demand and limited amount.

3. Great for SEO as search engines gives priorities to shorter domains.

4. Smaller chance of mispelling as there are only 3 letters to remember.

5. Can be printed in large font size in newspaper/magazin ads as there are only 3 letters plus .ca to promote.

Your input/comment is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

D.

I guess the best end user for a LLL would be a corporation that happens to have the same acronym. Then the benefit of owning their LLL should be obvious: shorter, easy to remember, great for advertising etc.
#3 is not true, shorter domains do not rank better, actually keyword domains may get a bonus.

Hi sdsinc, thanks for your comment. Yes I was assuming the acronym would fit the company name.

I had read that short domains just like good keyword domains were given ranking priority but I couldn't find the article anymore so let's assume it's no longer valid.

Would be great to see more good reasons for companies to own an acronym domain.

well it could fit the acronym OR the three letters are the company's name or name of their product. another possibility is if it both fits their acronym or description AND is a traffic domain in their niche which can bring them business.
