I am actually interested in this domain name... PM on the way, but just thought I'd make you aware of a couple of things.
I'm not a moderator on this forum, so it is not my place to be telling you you're doing anything wrong, though I will point out some things that are generally established in the community...
1. By requesting a valuation, this thread would fall under the category of an appraisal, and should be posted in this category. Just a tip, you are not permitted to run an appraisal thread at the same time as a sales thread for the same domain name. So if you were to have this domain name appraised, you would need to state you are no longer seeking appraisals in order to offer it for sale on this forum.
2. Per rule number 10 in DNF's rules, the domain name being offered for sale (or at least one of the domains if multiple domains are being offered for sale) must appear in the title of the thread. These rules can be found here http://www.dnforum.com/dnfrules.php.
