on the forum who don't even bother to notify you when they are backing out on their offer.

This has been every other day waiting for some type of reply from lowballers.

I've gone through this a few times already for high xxx, low x,xxx deals in the past month. I don't like to harass people and feel it would be a waste of time to 'out' them... but yes, it is definitely getting a bit annoying...

Same thing happened to me this week. I actually declined a second buyer because the other buyer offered 500 more. and then he backed out 1 day later saying that he bought another domain and doesn't have money anymore.Now i'm trying to contact the 2nd buyer and he said he's not interested anymore :veryangry: greed is a mother fcker lol.

...on the flip side of the coin, I have sellers coming to me 2 weeks later or even a month or more after the offer was made to tell me to they'll take my offer and to send payment.
