Yes I started drinking at 4:30 and I think I might have regged a few dum dums today or yesterday or any time drinking..

Drinking for domainers? Well, it's bad when you're drinking away from the computer, get an idea and then get in front of the computer and proceed to buy, buy, buy. What's more, drinking and regging without glasses will surely make for a perfect storm.

Although I'm careful to research and type, my recent snafu was handsanitzer(dot)com. Boy, you should've seen the look on my face when I thought the domain was available. Rather, the correctly spelled domain. I'm the proud owner of handsanitzer(dot)com!

Yeah, not too bad of a mistake. However, the glass of wine has a way of improving my purchase ability. What I have learned is...keep cool and 10 minutes of Q/A and research.

When I first entered domaining, it was exciting to see so many cool names available. Well, cool at the time of my intoxication. :yes:

I drunk dialed as well last night and while drinking, I saw the word luckability on a banner and I went and looked to see if it was available, it surprisingly was. I didnt reg it, I spent my money on the booze. sweet..

For me, drunk dialing is by far worst. I can stay under control when drunk regging though, but I only do it once every few months. Last one I reg'd was about 3 months ago and I sold on sedo for $300 this month.

I think it is better than being drunk and bidding crazily on domains at sedo or other auction sites.

You might realize just next day that you were a winner for the domain www.Iamadrunkdomainer.com for $100,000 . May be you might be bidding against some other drunk domainers in that case.
