"wheather" is a typo for the PC not mobile phone.

"POQN" is a a typo for mobile devices since on the "7" key, there are 4 letters instead of 3 letters on the other keys.
The only way that it can be a typo on a mobile device is if the letter is on the same key.

I could not tell you the value of this name since i dont know what purpose you would use it for. Also, how would one make money being an affiliate for a weather channel? Please tell us how you would make money from this.

Not all typos are the same. This is a "spello" where someone intentionally types in a spelling that happens to be incorrect. It can work on mobile or PC alike. Problem is, If you do get traffic, it won't be for several years.
