For Sale When do BIZ domains drop?

What's the drop cycle of BIZ domains? The one I am looking at has this info and it's in Pending Delete status:

Domain Registration Date: Fri Nov 09 11:12:23 GMT 2001
Domain Expiration Date: Mon Nov 08 23:59:59 GMT 2004
Domain Last Updated Date: Wed Dec 15 11:32:16 GMT 2004

Well I found one with 11/14/2004 and one 10/06/04 aswell so I guess it depends on the registrar. See if the domain is in pools drop list.
