Hello,

I just signed up to Pool and I would like to know when are they going to unfreeze the $ 60.00 they charged?

Did they charge it or just put an authorization on your card? If it is an authorization only, your card company will usually put it back into your account within 5-7 business days unless Pool contacts them prior to state they won't be collecting the funds.
