I'd like to file a WIPO claim and have an attorney prepare it for me.

There are some on these forums but it might depend on the country you reside in.

I will have an African American president in about two weeks, if that helps

Heh, John Berryhill is on these forums but be forwarned - it can be expensive to have someone submit the WIPO for you, possibly in the $x,xxx range (plus fees).

I've spoken to domain attorneys who will do it for much less. Mine is not a complicated filing I just think a professional could organize the facts better than I could.

Much less than four figures? I have never heard of an attorney creating and filing a UDRP complaint for less than that, but I have heard of it costing five figures.

Can't find the names.

I meant much less than mid or high x,xxx. I have been quoted $500-$1,000 several times in the past.

I'm just seeking somebody to prepare the documents for me and send them in.

No referrals? There should be a thread with lawyers names in it here like on NP imo

This is NOT a brain surgery!
Most of it can be done (and is usually done) by the paralegal.
Also - there are plenty of unemployed lawyers who'll do it for for under $500

Hi Poker,

Just a word of caution.

Remember the age old rule 'You get what you pay for!' Because something is cheaper does not neccessarily mean it is the best bargain, and although the most expensive may not be the best bargain either the fact that someone is recommended, even though perhaps charging higher fees, should perhaps weigh more heavily in your decision process than it would appear.

Hope everything works out well for you though.

Thank you Captain Obvious

Obviously a 'cheap attorney' is similar to a 'cheap heart surgeon' in that if it is important you don't want the cheap one you want the best one.

This is a simple matter and a blind mule could get the domain turned over to me, I'm just lazy and hate filling out forms.

I represent myself in traffic & parking courts all the time.
In the last 3 years I got 44 tickets total and successfully challenged approx. 80%. Better success rate than most lawyers in the same courts

Yes, those huge multi-national "traffic and parking" law firms staffed by hundreds of lawyers live in fear of you.

there are plenty of unemployed lawyers who'll do it for for under $500

The odds of any random lawyer even knowing what is the UDRP, is exceedingly low.
