For Sale Where does a .org registered at Godaddy drop?

Hi guys, curious if a .org is registered at GD and drops, what site will get it, NameJet, Snap, Pool, who? Or will GD keep it if backordered from within?

Like netsol has an agreement with Namejet is the same true for GD?

As usual if it's a prerelease it's available at godaddy first, if it drops (pending-delete) any dropcatcher could get it.

How does pre release work? Is it first offered by GD and if no takers they drop it?

That's it. Ditto with Snapnames, Namejet and their partner registrars.
A prerelease doesn't drop and retains its creation date.
