Supposed you have a website with an asking price higher than $100,000 for sale, where will you sell it? Any website/forum that big buyers/investors often visits? Any professional brokers that have good reputations? I appreciate your advice.

You're at the right place

Most of the largest sales tend to be private transactions and are never reported - phone, email, message boards, etc are where many transactions start.

I personally have done numerous large transactions and only one of them has ever reported in DNJournal - a smallish Afternic sale I did last year; DNJournal has since instituted a policy to no longer report explicit domain sales :-/
