Just curious if anyone knows where you would submit a book to have it reviewed for possible publishing?

Also if you do a children s book but are horrible at illustrating where would find someone to do that? Would you also want to have them sign legal rights of the images over to you?

try google

you can publish your own book and cut out pictures for childrens books.

scan and place wherever you want.

always try to get full-ownership to the rights to any creative publication, when you hire someone to perform a work of art or coding

BTW, Writer's Market comes in both an online and book form. Well worth the buy. However, the online version is better because it updates quicker versus the book version.

If you're serious about publishing, you'll have to find yourself an agent. Most publishers won't accept manuscripts unless backed by an agent.

There are plenty of vanity publishers. They don't have either the legitimacy of a Harper Collins, and you'll have to do the marketing yourself too.

You can find literary agents in Writer's Market...there are literally thousands of them, specializing in every genre.

For a good illustrator, you might look at one of the freelancing sites, or even look at DeviantArt.com - plenty of good illustrators there
