In chinese, domain name only compose digits will be welcame.But not all.Because diffrent digit have diffrent pronounce and than have no diffrent means.I sum up these rules,these are divertingness:
digit '1' read as [Yao] means get something;
'2' read as [er] means me;
'3' read as [seng] means live;
'4' read as [si] means go die;
'5' read as [wu] means lost all or me;
'6' read as [lu] means road or all right;
'7' read as [qi] means lost or go die;
'8' read as [fa] means rich;
'9' read as [jiu] means forever;

example,168.com have great means and will be sell with more money than 167.

base your digits means, you can provide your equal price.

Yes, my license plate ends with 168, which means "get rich all the way". LOL! But how would you pronounce 8 as "fa" (Cantonese) while 9 as "jiu" (Putonghua/Mandarin)?? :confused:

He mixed them up...

Mandarin:

1 (yi) 2 (er) 3 (san) 4 (si) 5 (wu) 6 (liu) 7 (qi) 8 (ba) 9 (jiu) 10 (shi)

Cantonese:

1 (yat) 2 (yi) 3 (sam) 4 (sei) 5 (mm) 6 (look) 7 (chet) 8 (bat) 9 (gau) 10 (sap)

Hope this helps! :)
