Seems like Namescout is really rocking on my end. Just grabbed me a .info.

Namescout only got 1 for me via Pool. IMO it is mosty luck as to who gets it. That's why the more connections they have the more successful is the auction firm, and why pool.com is #-1.

When .us went live April 2002 Namescout got none out of dozens I prereg'd there. They were the worst record one at the time.

Namescout, rebel.com, namesystems, and other registrars directly affiliated with Pool or its owners seem to get a disproportionate number of high-value domains. I suspect that they try to keep the big money in the family, while distributing lower-value domains to other registrars.

I think I have one at Signature and one at SignNames.
