hard to say but in my opinion, the TLD should fit the domain name unless it's a single word. Like Chat.de for example recenly sold for a pretty penny so the TLD matter becuase it was a single word but you might find london.co.uk might be a better fit for the co.uk TLD over .info or De because it fits better. you should register them all.
It will bring you more profit if you protected already a couple of the TLDs.
