Very nice list.

Is there a way you can look up all there names?

Can you look up by server and see all the names listed on the server?

I heard Ult had 50,000, but that was a long time ago

Donno, but I wish I was one of them! http://www.justlikebeingthere.com/ultsearchexpose.htm ... It tells Ult's story, although it says:

XYZ.com – An advertiser who runs a gambling site
Bob – An Internet user who likes gambling
Ultsearch – Operates 50,000+ PPC link sites. (see http://www.ultsearch.com)
Findwhat – PPC Company. Furnishes search results for Ult’s site. (www.findwhat.com)

The 50,000 is not current, as pointed out above, and I was also told he quit on FindWhat, and swiched to www.goto.com or something.

hmm... Make that www.overture.com, it looks GoTo.com is now owned by MyWay.com

I am more interested in seeing the

"DNJournal Top 500 Domain Holders List".

http://www.dnjournal.com/news.htm

If I figured it correctly. I am number #499.

I am striving to be #475 in 2005.

(I like the idea of being on someone's list???)

Sorry, Duke. I was wondering how many people would hit the link
looking for the list. I know you were going to premier
the concept in Dec. Similar to the Fortune 500.
Sorry I let the cat out of the bag.

I couldnt find the list.. or they archived it already? I didnt find it in the archive also.

"concept"? I don't know, I was told that this guy worked for UltSearch. I think I would hire ppl too with 100000+ domains to take care of. He does his own hosting, so there is a real big business going on there.

There should be a Fortune 500 list. If everyone hasn't done so already, you should update your portfolio number in your profile (http://www.dnforum.com/profile.php?do=editprofile), then perhaps DNF could have a quicklist published on the front page. That would be an easy way to see, at least within DNF's membership.

While I see the figure for ultsearch at $250,000 a day, that comes from a site trying to sell domain expiration tools.

Is there any independent verification of that figure?

of course not, there are only rumors and inflated b.s.

250k per day would make him one of the biggest money makers in the world. making more money than donald trump & yahoo combined :)

i mean cmon people give your head a shake, he is good, but ain't even nearly close to that sum to say the least.

2,500 per day is more like it.

$ 250,000 a day times 365 days = $ 91.25 million a year.

And, IF he has 125,000 domains.

That means he is making $ 2. per day.

Or, 100,000 names means he is making $ 2.50 per day.

Howard, do you think he is making that much per name per day?
( I consider HioSilver our resident PPC expert.)

Add'l observation -

91.25 million divided by 125,000 domains equals $ 730 per domain per year.

( I would like to make $ 730 per name per year.)
