I have a good niche.

I have the perfect domain.

I have the hosting and forum software.

What I don't have is the skill to create a kickass custom forum template.

Who can help me?

It's pretty simple - all you have to do is change the CSS in the admin panel to the colors you want, and hire someone to make a logo (and post icon images / table cell images if you want).
