After all these years in the game most everything that could possibly happen has indeed happened to me. Finally, after hearing most everyone say all the good domains are long gone I recently figured out how to register good keyword names in high paying categories and often with built-in typein traffic and/or relatively quick SE traffic thanks to the keywords being indexed in the SE.

There is rarely a day that goes by where I don't find and hand reg some good names. Often I see typein traffic right away including the first days I put a temporary page online, which traffic most aways steadily builds-up nicely over time.

Thanks to finding well targeted keyword names so often I rarely have a need or desire to buy domains like I have done so much in the past. The main limiting factor I am running into is not wanting to make the portfolio to large again as it was before, to avoid sky high high renewal costs and management issues involving too many names.

Curious who else had success finding good new handreg names and a much lesser need to buy domains from domainers or auction venues as a result?

I am still finding good handregs, in particular out of the droplists.
But the best stuff is usually found on the aftermarket, the expired auctions etc. I like to diversify sources and explore the ones that are overlooked by others :)

IMO the more expensive domains yield a better ROI - if you buy wisely and know what you're doing.
Of course the trap to avoid is having an ever-growing portfolio and diluted quality. I pass on a lot of decent domains because of that.

I usually drop by Frank Schilling's house, have a few beers and discuss the tips and tricks of the trade; then, on my way to Hawaii flying my private jet I call my agent to register the names Frank suggested. By the time I return back to the East coast, I have 1,000 type-ins from those registrations. Frank is a magician, you should listen to him.

My question is how in the word did Frank Schilling do it (I think even being late in the game circa 2001, 2002)?

How did he achieve his lifestyle and that cool multi million dollar mansion on 7 mile beach in the Cayman Islands?

In a speech on Youtube he once said he literally earns $300 for each every breath he takes 24X7 but again, HOW?

I have asked before at forums and never get much feedback about his amazing achievement. Anyone know or even guess?
