I think the Lightning could be in the running if the Sean Burke/John Graham combo can do the job in net.

The Leafs. Just look at our top 3 centers (sundin, allison and Lindros) , who the heck will stop them ? No team can stop 3 dominating centers playing throughout the whole game .. Biggest team in the league too. 12 players are 6 foot 2 or taller.

Antropov-Sundin-Czerkawski
Tucker-Allison-O'Neill - Best 2nd line in hockey
Thomas-Lindros-Stajan
Ponikarovsky-Steen-Domi

Defense:

McCabe-Kaberle
Khavanov-Klee
Marchment-Kronwall / Colaiacovo

Belfour in net

Eric Lindros and Jason Allison will collide with each other in practice and simultaneously both of their careers will be over. Face it, the Leafs are a team of oft-injured, past-their-prime stars who were only able to sign with Toronto because of the incentives they were given in their contract...the Leafs didnt have any cap room left for "real" signings
