When there is more than one initial starting bid of $60, who gets the domain?...

And how does one know if they're winning such an auction - is the "Highest Bidder: YOU!" message accurate in such instances?

yes, it is accurate.. if it is showing you as the highest bidder and the auction closes then the domain is all yours of course.

If two or more people place an order for a domain at SnapNames but then during the auction phase no one raises their bid above $60, SnapNames will award the name to the customer who placed their order first.

But sniping doesn't work! The auction keeps getting extended as long as there are bids in the final 5 minutes.

yup.. it's very hard to get away with your initial bid this days... prices are going through the roof....for the most ridiculous and worthless names. oh well.
