A web hosting company that is "Newbie-Friendly".i.e. is not technically challenging to someone who is very new in this business, and, the one which provides excellent customer support (both online and by phone). My need is to host around 150 websites (rather simple, 1-2 pages each) covering around 400-500 domain names (hyphenated vesrions & other related domains re-directing to the main site). I'm willing to pay some extra for the right host.
Currently, my websites/domains (around 100) are hosted at: HbHosting.com
This company was selected by a freelance webmaster who'd developed most of my websites (simple 1-2 pages each) for me and had long departed the project. This company might be reasonable but recently when I found out that some of my websites have "dissppeared" (typing in the URL will take you to the hosting company's home page) I tried to contact them several times but only got an automated voice mail.
I'd really appreciate your recommendations and would most likely base this important decision on your input.
