Is there any registrar offering whois protection for your .eu domains?

AFAIK whois privacy is not allowed in that TLD.
Or you need to find a trustee to be the legal owner of the domain.
 
Indeed, Eurid does not allow privacy. We are offering local Presence for .eu we could act as Trustee.
 
You don't need it. If the domain is registered to a private individual the WHOIS won't show anything except an email address
