How can I search for domains owned by a certain individual / using the same email as contact?

I don't know about email but you can use whois.webhosting.info to search by a given IP the domains are listed on; however, this will not work if the names are parked.

Ive been looking for one of these too. Youd have to have a DB of all names regged and the info and search it. Which takes zonefiles, and alot of resources.
