Vividdomains.com caught a name for me thru Pool. Problem is they don't have any way to manage the names, and 2 transfer requests failed so far. Pool has got to do something about these registrars they set up to just catch names. What good is paying the high bids if you don't get the name?

I can't speak for any names caught by Vivid for any other service.
If anyone is having a problem with a name caught by Club Drop by this (or any other) registrar, please PM me and let me know.
We are aware of WHOIS issues with a number of our partners. The problem traces to a communications failure between the registrars and eNom, and we're working on resolving the problem as quickly as possible.
Any problems with management other than WHOIS, though, and I'd appreciate knowing about it. I may not be the one to fix them, but I can bring them to the attention of those who are.
