Traffic Stats:
Unfortunately I only have 3 months of traffic stats available but the site has been active for a few more months than that, my previous host crashed and burned so I lost all the traffic stats.
Here is the traffic stats I have available bear in mind MAY 2008 was when I got the site back up: (screenshots can be taken if required)

Remember this is only the 2nd of august so dont wonder why there are so few uniques for august
I have focused mainly on SEO for this site so I haven't advertised it much so the traffic is mostly from SE Traffic, type-ins and via browser bookmarks and the only backlinks are really forum signature backlinks but there is a lot of potential to build up strong backlinks to this site.
The site is receiving decent ammounts of search results from google 157 last month. Most of the keyphrases which have been searched for are ranked in page #1 (includes most of the sites keywords) some ranking above domaintools too.
Other Details:
I will include a FREE one year renewal should I sell this site.
All the files and content will be included and that includes the logo and custom design (which i designed) CSS/XHTML valid
The domain name itself is also included which in it's own right (undeveloped) has decent value and great keywords too.
