This year so far the site has achieved $1000 per month with advertising and $100 per month passive income.

The income is virtually limitless. When available, I sell traffic from my own websites, however, outsourcing carries a large amount of the burden. I partner and work with a few other wholesale sources. The type-in traffic is looking for wholesale website traffic. This is very important.

I have sold a few thousand dollars in traffic this year; with promotion, the website netted $1000 per month in the first quarter of the year. I haven't promoted it since around April and the type in traffic seems to perform proportionate to the quality of website design and usability earning around $100 monthly from type-in / search traffic paying via Paypal.

I've never parked it though it can make a couple bucks some days with adsense if you have a nice layout for it.

Due to the type in traffic for the keyphrase and peripheral advertising (name usage) of virtually ALL traffic brokers, resellers and suppliers, the name is easily worth low $xx,xxx to any up-and-running web traffic supplier. Consequently, in lieu of no offers within range of even mid x,xxx to consider, I am planning to soon make the website available for lease instead. I am putting it to further development now to include various wholesale resources along with web traffic and afterward, only advertising space will be offered. If it should not sell now, I'll be interested in turn-key traffic partners, reasonably priced leasing or xx,xxx once this next dev stage is completed. The name brings all the sales necessary. It's called eRealestate for a reason, so beat the clock with a considerable bid if you want the name.

I think I'm simply going to turn it into an advertising hub for Wholesale Traffic brokers and offer advertising to 'general' wholesale merchandisers / service suppliers as well.
