The site is hosted on Cpanel, user will have the option to download a Full Cpanel Backup and re-run it on their site.
The site is powered by PHProxy.
Users originally came from proxy.org, however, after a while, I believe the domain was easy to remember and they just do it from bookmark instead.

Before you ask why some days we do not have any visitors and some days we have so little and some missing stat. It is because of a large amount of users visit the site that our server do not have the capacity to handle the users.
The missing stat days were because we were moving server, one of which on a shared account which has been suspended so we do not have access to those missing day stat.
Why suspended? Because of site utilizing a lot of server resources.
Why so little users on some days? Because slow server and downtime.

Buyer should know in advance that the site use a lot of server resources, if you have the server-power, then you will be able to take in ~20,000 uniques per day as you can see on a 3-4 days in our October.

We recently switched from adsense to clicksor to see how it is, testing purposes, buyer should have the option to utilize the 2000 uniques with their own advertisement power.
I want to sell this site because I want to put together a large amount of money to build a large project.

Hosting
I will provide 1 week hosting for the buyer to have time to transfer it to the new server. Afterward, the account will be removed from ours.

The site has been up since near the end of August.
The site BW calculation is hard to calculate as it is not online all the day, read above to see why.

Nonetheless, you can expect it to use up around 10GB per day average, and that is ~300GB BW per month.

The site originally take traffic in from proxy.org, however, I believe due to the easy to remember name, the stat that was referred is little now. They visit mostly from bookmark as one of the screenshot shows.
