If you're using DomainSite, don't forget to select the correct Language setting from the pulldown menu when you go to add an IDN domain to the cart.

I prefer DomainDiscount24.com for my IDN registrations. They do not support PayPal, but they accept all other payment methods like credit card payment, direct debit, etc.

On the other hand, I agree that DomainSite is a good registrar, too, and it might be the right choice for you since you are looking to pay using PayPal.
