Why do many domainers not realize the value of .org in health category?

An oddity which has me wondering about the knowledge many domainers really have is why I keep on running into health, disease and medical related domains available in .org but already reg’d in other extensions beyond com.

I think that .org as a whole is underrated by domainers.
I agree that for some themes .org is best and has a trust factor going for it :)
Since .org is widely associated wit 'not for profit' causes, it could be that domainers think those names must be developed because the end users have 'no money' and are not buying domains.
