I am sorry Donny , but I have to agree with namestrands . You guy dont have the right to share your customers's infos to any others providers or any orgs , protect privacy is the 1st rules on internet .

My good Dr. can you show us all where the Rules are for the internet? I have been searching for 10 years.

Who enforces these rules? Are they laws? Or some arbitrary rules that you and other have come up with?

I am with GT web. Scammers need to be outed. I owned a few affiliate programs back in the day, and would communicate with my peers ( competition) about specific people who commited fraud. Once we worked together as professionals we were able to get most of the fraud under control, which lead to HIGHER payouts to legite affiliates.

"Privacy" is just a illusion in todays world, and fig leaf for scammers to hide behind.

Scammer's arn't "customers" and therefore forfeit any privacy protection they may have otherwise deserved.

Some of these fools will be lucky if they ONLY wind up in jail.

Guy , you should think twice . Internet have various industries and each have its own rules , if you do not follow one rules then people in that industry call you "cheaters" "frauder" "scammers" , but that doesnt mean you are cheaters in others industry . I am sure all of you do not want your private infos go throughout the internet due to one mistakes in one field , agree ? That's why all business website has its own privacy protect sections , you can check it yourself .

I think it needs to be treated like Vegas. A private company keeps a book with the information on known cheaters and that book is used by all the casinos to keep the cheaters out.

I think you have to prevent money from fraudster, but We have to report or claim fraud click companies also, then both problems will disappear!

Think about yahoo.com case ?
Why class action against only yahoo.com? Other compaines does not have as much funds as yahoo.com? Attorney never want to lose his fee.

They just wait for other companies become a big as yahoo.com! Then They will file other companies, too!

It's ok, because effective immediately, if we determine that somebody has more than 1 account. All accounts will be terminated.

Unbelievable! The first thing this newbie member does on this forum is to brag about how he has ripped off PPC companies! I wonder what could be done to such cases. Is this against any DNForum rules?

Yes we do return the money to our search providers and the advertisers. It's the only right thing to do. 99% of accounts that are terminated are terminated because of fraud.

interesting, but look at this forum.
we have many parking systems that they haven't the same problem with their users. for example DS send a notice before doing any actions!
most of users like friendly systems but you make them worry about working with you.
I think when you suspend a fraudster's account, the guy open an other account without any blame because he know what he do but other peoples become angry because you Waste their time and money!
before you answer my question I thought you close your clients account just for their money !
this is not important what is my username , you have lot of users that have the same problem.
also it is not important for me that you restore my account ,I have moved all my domains to other parking system and I never use parked.com until I read user's positive feedbacks here.

I love all the world's people but I think you can,t put claim on an indian company outside of india !

As far as I know we do not have any American Indians, nobody from India, and nobody from Indiana either who work for our company.

I'm not sure why you are not interested in me looking into your account to see exactly why your account was terminated. Unless your account was part of the big fraud ring I terminated yesterday. Then I could understand why you wouldn't want me to know about it.

It's ok, I have no hard feelings. I'm sure you will be back again, and I'm sure you will be terminated again. It's this vicious cycle that one day will come to an end. Then we will just all sit around talking about all of the tricks that people did to cheat each other. This happened in another industry as well, and that's why it's almost dead today.
