Why is there no UDRP against Abcnews-us.com?

I really would like to have this question answered as it's driving me nuts! OK the official ABC News office site is < www.abcnews.com > There is an obvious fake clone site < www.abcnews-us.com > In which has fake articles and are being shared on Facebook. They even have the ABC logo on the top of their page! Not to mention the spam on that page. What gives? This has all the makings of an easy UDRP in that the site is deceptive and is being used in bad faith and is strikingly similar. No contact info available on that site and a privacy WHOIS.
Only conclusin I have is the fake website is somehow owned by ABC or Disney Corporation to generate click-bait revenue? Thoughts?

Someone has to take out a UDRP. No conclusion can be drawn but one of these cases is the correct one:
1) abcnews are not aware
2) abcnews are aware and don't care
3) abcnews own it
I'm not sure what they would gain in owning it for click bait when they already own the site they would be wanting to promote.
Maybe there is someone there you can contact?
